The list is in alphabetical order, not by category. For me, it is easier to find on the list by "letter" vs having to look by category. Also, I do not buy all these products every time I shop. Some of them are staples and some are seasonal, like fruits and veggies. I use this list every time I sit down to make my menu and grocery list. I am working on another post for a monthly menu with recipes included and how I decide what to make-coming soon! :)
